How our pre-sales work:

When purchasing this product, you are pre-ordering for delivery coming into the Christmas months. We only offer Advent Calendars for pre-order that we have expected stock of.

Your Advent Calendar will be shipped as soon as they are available, this is estimated to be in late October or early in November which allows enough time for it to reach you with plenty of time for the Holiday Season.

If an Advent Calendar pre sale is purchased alongside ready to ship products, an additional shipping charge will automatically be added at checkout for the separate Advent Calendar delivery.

You will receive an email when your Advent Calendar is about to arrive with Animal Kingdoms and when it is sent, including your tracking number. Please ensure your email is correct at the time of ordering to receive these updates.

Pre-sales arrivals have an estimated release date, and are ordered in advance to the Pre Sale being available, to ensure that you receive delivery of the item as soon as it's released, however, the release date shown is only an estimate provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier and may be changed.

In the event of an unforeseen issue where we are not able to send out your Advent Calendar in time for the first Advent day (1st Dec), you will receive communication from us with the option of a full refund.
