The Blacktip Reef Shark is a small shark found in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. They have black tips on their fins which help them blend in with the coral reefs where they live. These sharks primarily feed on small fish and crustaceans and are not a threat to humans. They are popular with snorkelers and divers and are an important part of the reef ecosystem. However, their populations are declining due to overfishing and habitat loss, and efforts are underway to protect them.
