The Stegosaurus, despite its imposing spikes and plates, was actually a peaceful herbivore, munching on plants in the Jurassic period. However, its life wasn't always so tranquil; it served as a substantial meal for large predators of its time, like the Allosaurus. The Allosaurus, a fierce and large predator, had sharp teeth and claws that could potentially overcome the Stegosaurus' spiked tail defense, making the Stegosaurus a part of its diet.
