Predators of Triceratops included the massive carnivore Tyrannosaurus rex. Evidence from fossilized bones shows that T. rex did attack and eat Triceratops, leaving behind tooth marks on the herbivore's frill and bones. However, with its strong horns and frill, Triceratops would have been a challenging adversary for any predator.
