Camptosaurus was a large plant-eating dinosaur that lived over 150 million years ago in North America, growing up to 23 feet long. Its name means bent lizard, reflecting its flexible posture and the ability to walk on both two legs and four legs. Camptosaurus had a beak for nipping plants and used its powerful legs to run from predators like Allosaurus.
