Welsh Corgis were originally bred as herding dogs, specifically for cattle. Their low stature allowed them to nip at the heels of cattle while avoiding kicks, making them incredibly efficient herders despite their small size!
Welsh Corgis were the favorite breed of Queen Elizabeth II. She has owned more than 30 Corgis during her reign, and their playful, affectionate nature has made them beloved companions in the British royal family for decades!
