We use NZ Post Courier for tracked delivery and have pickups every week day Monday to Friday after 1pm.
Christmas sending cut-off dates for New Zealand:
We use NZ Post Courier for tracked delivery, with pickups every weekday (Monday to Friday) after 1pm.
If you place your order before 12pm, we guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the same day whenever we can.
- North Island non rural - Monday 22nd December
- South Island and all Rural - Thursday 18th December
Cut-off dates are targets only. Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas.
Christmas sending cut-off dates for Australia and International:
- Australia Economy - Wednesday 10th December
- Australia Courier - Monday 15th December
- Rest of the world Economy - 1st December
- Rest of the world Courier - 5th-15th December (depending on location).

Shipping times:
NZ Post Courier have an overnight delivery target for North Island (non rural). For rural and South Island deliveries please allow one to three working days.

NZ Post Courier Delivery targets are guidelines only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target.

Packaging Materials
If you have any special requests for packaging, like unbranded boxes to keep it more a mystery from curious eyes just pop a packing note to your cart before you get to the checkout.
We use a combination of recycled and recyclable boxes, cardboard wrap, Kraft paper, and LDPE courier bags with paper wrapping and paper filler.
We have introduced the use of paper tape and removed the use of additional plastic tapes from all of our packaging..
