Meet Maip Macrothorax, a towering predator from Patagonia’s Late Cretaceous, about 70 million years ago. Stretching up to 10 meters long, this "Evil Spirit with a Big Chest" was a fearsome member of the carcharodontosaurid family, known for their blade-like teeth and sharp claws. 

A relative of Giganotosaurus, Maip was among the last of its kind before the mass extinction, offering a glimpse into the powerful predators of ancient South America.
