The Tasmanian Devil is a small but feisty carnivorous marsupial that is native to the island of Tasmania, located off the southern coast of Australia. Despite its small size, this creature has a powerful bite—the strongest of any living marsupial! It uses this incredible jaw strength to crunch through the bones of its meals. The Tasmanian Devil is also known for its loud and unsettling screeches, which can sound quite scary, but are often just its way of communicating with other devils.
