The North Swedish horse is small but super strong! Farmers and foresters in Sweden have used them for centuries because they can pull heavy loads through snowy forests with ease. 

Even though it’s smaller in size than many draft horses (often around 14.2 to 15 hands tall, which is pony height), it has the build, strength, and characteristics of a true draft horse. Because of that, it’s recognized and registered as a horse breed rather than a pony.
