What is a Pre-Sale? When you purchase an Advent Calendar during our pre-sale, you're reserving it in advance for delivery when they arrive in stock.
Stock Assurance: We only list Advent Calendars for pre-sale which we have ordered at the beginning of the year and have confirmed arrival dates from our distributors for.
Shipping Timeline: We aim to ship your Advent Calendar between late October and early November, ensuring it arrives well before the holiday festivities begin.
Combining Orders: If you order a pre-sale Advent Calendar along with in-stock items, you can choose at checkout to either:
- Have the in-stock items shipped immediately, or
- Wait and ship everything together once your Advent Calendar is available.
Please note: Opting for separate shipments will result in additional postage fees for the two deliveries.
Stay Updated: We'll email you updates about your Advent Calendar's status, including a heads-up when it's about to be shipped and a tracking number once it's on its way. Make sure your email address is accurate when ordering to receive these notifications.
Release Dates are Estimates: The anticipated release date for our pre-sale items is our best estimate based on information from our suppliers. Occasionally, these dates might change, but we always prioritize getting your calendar to you as soon as possible.
Our Commitment: If, for some very unexpected reason, we can't dispatch your Advent Calendar in time for the start of December, we'll promptly inform you and offer a full refund.
