General Flybuys Terms and Conditions

In partnership with Flybuys, Animal Kingdoms customers can earn Flybuys in accordance with the terms and conditions below and on flybuys.co.nz
  1. A customer can collect Flybuys each time a purchase of qualifying goods or service is made online at www.animalkingdoms.co.nz by entering their Flybuys membership number into the cart when completing a purchase. Customers will collect Flybuys at a rate equivalent to 1 Flybuys for every $10 including postage/shipping and GST/
  2. Customers can earn Flybuys when they use an Animal Kingdoms gift card to make purchases of goods or services, but not for purchasing an Animal Kingdoms gift card.
  3. Animal Kingdoms may offer extra Flybuys (Bonus Flybuys) on purchases of goods or services. These goods or services and/or the number of Bonus Flybuys may change at any time without notice.
  4. Animal Kingdoms may also make limited Bonus Flybuys offers direct to all or to selected Flybuys members at our discretion.
  5. Standard Flybuys earned at Animal Kingdoms will be loaded onto a customer’s Flybuys account within 14 working days of a purchase of goods having been paid for in full and having been delivered to the customer. Bonus Flybuys will be loaded at a time in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specific Bonus Flybuys offer. A customer can email Animal Kingdoms at flybuys@animalkingdoms.co.nz with their invoice number and their Flybuys number should they have any questions regarding Flybuys being applied to their Flybuys account.
  6. A customer can get Flybuys added to their account if their existing Flybuys card was not on-hand when the purchase was made, up to 14 days post the initial purchase. To add Flybuys for a customer’s purchase that did not already have a Flybuys number added, the customer can submit an email to flybuys@animalkingdoms.co.nz with the invoice number and their Flybuys number. As these Flybuys are added manually, they may take approximately 4-6 weeks to appear on a customer’s statement.

  8. Animal Kingdoms reserve the right to deduct Flybuys earned through Animal Kingdoms from a customer’s Flybuys account if the payment on which those Flybuys was earned is refunded or dishonoured for any reason.
  9. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information held by us by contacting Animal Kingdoms on sales@animalkingdoms.co.nz
  10. 10.1 Animal Kingdoms may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving customers at least 30 days’ notice on the Animal Kingdoms website www.animalkingdoms.co.nz. However, Animal Kingdoms may without notice change these Terms and Conditions at any time if Flybuys amends their Flybuys Terms and Conditions; or
    10.2. stop awarding Flybuys to customers at any time at Animal Kingdoms discretion if we cease to be a partner in the Flybuys Programme.
  11. Animal Kingdoms are not responsible and accept no liability for verifying whether the customer is the person/entity entitled to earn Flybuys (including Bonus Flybuys ) in relation to a purchase of goods, or services, or whether another person/entity should in fact be the beneficiary of those Flybuys.
  12. Animal Kingdoms are not responsible and accept no liability for any breach by Flybuys or its other Flybuys partners of their obligations to customers in respect of the Flybuys Programme.
