The Tabby Cat is instantly recognisable by its beautiful striped, spotted or swirled coat. Tabby isn’t actually a breed of cat, it describes a coat pattern that can be found in many different cat breeds and mixed-breed cats. 

Tabby cats come in lots of colours, including brown, grey, orange and cream. Many also have a distinctive “M” shaped marking on their forehead. Cats are naturally curious, playful and excellent climbers, and their sharp senses help them explore the world around them.
