The Temnodontosaurus platyodon was a giant marine reptile that lived during the Early Jurassic period. A mother Temnodontosaurus giving birth in the deep blue sea! Unlike many reptiles that lay eggs, Temnodontosaurus is believed to have given live birth, similar to modern-day whales and dolphins. This unique adaptation allowed them to fully embrace their life in the ocean, without needing to return to land to lay eggs.
