Important Update: Schleich Horse Club Advent Calendar 2024

We know how much our customers look forward to the Schleich Advent Calendars each year, so it’s with great disappointment that we announce we will not be stocking the Schleich Horse Club Advent Calendar 2024 this holiday season. 

Schleich has made significant changes to this years Advent Calendar, introducing a "surprise" element where the horse inside may differ from what is shown on the packaging. Unfortunately, this change is not indicated on the packaging, raising concerns about compliance with New Zealand's consumer laws. Additionally, one of the horses included is not compatible with some of the accessories in the calendar, further diminishing the play experience.

We were not informed of these issues in advance and only discovered this change on accident. Since then, we have actively reached out and spent weeks trying to find a solution. Despite our efforts, we have decided to cancel our order, as we do not feel these changes align with our commitment to providing high-quality toys to our customers.

We believe it’s important that you know exactly what you’re purchasing, especially when it comes to gifts for loved ones. Our decision to not stock the Advent Calendar reflects our values and dedication to ensuring that you receive the best experience possible.
