The Mustang stands as a symbol for freedom and the Wild West of America. He came to America as the domestic horse of the Spaniards and went wild there. Today the animals live in large herds.
Mustangs are also called "mestengos". The Spanish word means "stray". They are domestic horses that the Spaniards brought to America by ship in the 16th century and left there. Since they found abundant fodder on the fertile pastures and hardly had natural enemies apart from the Puma, they multiplied very fast. Still today, the Mustangs move wildly alive through the country. They are led by a courageous lead stallion, who protects his herd and is usually the father of all foals.
Hand painted and highly detailed.
Made of durable vinyl.
Manufactured from a high quality, non-toxic PVC that passes the quality standards for the Australian/NZ toy industry as well as that of USA and Euro.
