Little baby Lawrence is excited too, he's dressing up as a Christmas elf and thinks that the sleigh and presents all look so pretty and very tempting. Lionel will be working at the Grand Department Store this winter handing out presents to all the Sylvanian children who have been good this year, and Lawrence can't wait to be Santa's little helper!

Your order will be shipped as soon as they are available, this is estimated to be in August or September which allows for it to reach you with plenty of time for the Holiday Season.
If a pre sale is purchased alongside ready to ship products, an additional shipping charge will automatically be added at checkout for the separate pre seale delivery. If you want us to hold all items until your pre sale is in stock leave a note in your order and we will hold the items and refund one of the shipping charges back to you.
You will receive an email when your order is about to arrive with Animal Kingdoms and when it is sent, including your tracking number. Please ensure your email is correct at the time of ordering to receive these updates.
Pre-sales arrivals have an estimated release date, and are ordered in advance to ensure that you receive delivery of the item as soon as it's released, however, the release date shown is only an estimate provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier and may change (for example in the event of port processing delays)
In the event of an unforeseen issue where we are not able to send out your product, you will receive communication from us with the option of a full refund.
If you change your mind, you are able to cancel your pre order at any time before it has been sent, if you have paid with Afterpay, Genoapay or Laybuy, your refund will be minus their non refundable fee charged to us.
